The company owns 15 stamping lines, 23 spinning lines, 9 CNC lathe lines, 7 dynamic balance lines, 2 phosphatization lines, 11 packaging lines, and more than 200 pieces of high-precision equipment for automatic production and testing, with the ability to produce 10 million pieces of auto parts per year. We have 68 senior technical and managerial talents, accounting for 26% of the total employees, including 11 senior engineers and 29 senior technical leaders in the industry; our company is a high-tech automotive parts enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales.
The company mainly produces transmission wheels, high-speed wheel hubs, and high-precision axles used for automobile engines. Our products are exported to Europe and North America, providing the auxiliary items for the world's leading automakers such as Litens, Gates, and Schaeffler. Our end users include Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Ford, General Motors, Toyota, Honda, Geely, and other internationally renowned automakers.
In 2013, the company passed the TS16949 (IATF16949) certification of the international quality system for the automotive industry. Depending on the patented technology and manufacturing process for transmission wheels used in automobile engines, the company has independently designed and developed special production equipment such as the deep drawing and ejector control center, automatic spinning machine, automatic line for phosphorization and oil coating at the normal temperature, etc., which provides the necessary equipment support for the production of high-quality and low-cost products.
