1、Develop annual or quarterly development plan, carry out development tasks according to plan and complete development tasks on time. Prepare technical documents conforming to ISO/TS16949 standard for successful new products.

2、Take in customers'and internal improvement suggestions, make continuous technical improvements for the company's products, do a good job in the confidentiality of related technical information drawings and other documents to ensure that the company's technical secrets are not leaked.

3、To be responsible for the formulation, implementation and implementation of departmental work objectives and quality objectives, solve the technical failures and difficulties in batch production process.

4、Carefully implement the department's management procedures of TS16949, provide programs to improve safety, quality and production designedly, submit 3-5 projects as scientific and technological achievements declaration every year.

5、Responsible for the daily management, training and education of technical personnel, cooperate with the Ministry of Personnel for assessment, reward and punishment, so as to effectively implement the work objectives and quality objectives of this department.

6、Complete other tasks reasonably assigned by the company and assume responsibility as required.

Job Requirements

1、Gender: Male, 30-45 years old, college degree or above, mechanical related major, more than 8 years working experience in technical position, more than 3 years working experience in automobile manufacturing industry and more than 2 years working experience in head of technical department.

2、Can read drawings, understand CAD drawings, understand the automotive industry and machine processing industry, familiar with TS16949 quality standards and five basic tools, especially PFMEA, can experiment design and understand SPC knowledge.

3、Steady, responsible, strong computer operation ability, statistical analysis ability, confidentiality awareness, strong communication and organizational coordination ability, leadership ability and analysis and problem solving ability, can coordinate the relationship with various departments.
